After putting away the dishes, you begin to get ready for the day. You ask Windcaller if he would like to come to Ponyville with you, and mention that you'd love to have him along.

Windcaller: "As much as I enjoy the company, I... think I need some time for myself, today."

You tell him that it's too bad, but you've had fun getting to know him better.

Moonflower: "Heehee! Makin' best friends is super fun!"

Windcaller: "I... suppose it is. I-I mean... thanks to you, I feel like I've learned a lot about... um, friendship."

You reply that that's what friends are for. Once by the door, you give Windcaller a long goodbye kiss, then Moonflower hugs and nuzzles him affectionately.

Moonflower: "We'll catch ya later, Windcaller!"

Windcaller bids you farewell, and leaves the house. Once outside, he timidly waves you goodbye one last time before getting on his way.

Windcaller leaves your party.
