While you sense a lull in the conversation, you decide to ask Lexicon Anathema if a historian such as Honourshine could get in trouble for learning more about the Elves.
Lexicon Anathema: "Not really; the truth has no weight without proof, and proof is out of her reach. At worst, it would pass as the ramblings of a madmare and lose her some credibility."
Honourshine: "The line between history and legend certainly has blurred these past few days."
Lexicon Anathema: "The more you learn, the less you know."
Honourshine: "... Hm. Is that why you choose to remain as a filly: because you feel as though you know so little?"
Lexicon Anathema: "Ah. Well... perceptive, aren't you?"
Moonflower: "Oh, that makes a lotta sense! Heehee... I think it's super cute!"
Lexicon Anathema: "... Um..."
As the timid hermit shrinks in her seat a little, you attempt to divert some of the attention away from her. You ask if she can help you pinpoint the location of the three greater demons she mentioned earlier on your map.
Lexicon Anathema: "O-of course. Let's see this map of yours."
You unfurl your map of the Kirin Empire onto the table, and Lexicon Anathema sits next to you. After letting her guide your quill with her magic, you mark the locations of the Senoha Desert, Final Rest, and False Lake. With your thanks, the filly then reclaims her seat across from you.
Lexicon Anathema: "Whether you travel there directly from the towns you already know, or try to make sense of the Kirin's needlessly complex trigon system, you have quite the journey ahead of you."
Tsu-Ko: "It's not that complex."
Lexicon Anathema: "Right. And nor is quantumancy... if you ask me."
Tsu-Ko takes a very slow, quiet sip of her tea to in response. At this point, you are too afraid to ask — so instead, as the hour grows late, you decide to ask Lexicon Anathema if she would be so kind as to let your party stay the night.
Lexicon Anathema: "The night...? You came from Nan Yunjishan; it's seven of the day."
You take a quick look at your pocket watch, which indicates five o'clock.
Tsu-Ko: "Seven means one hour past noon."
You glance over to the paper door, beyond which the golden light of the setting sun shines through dark storm clouds. After thinking it over for a moment, you remember that the sun here does not set. How confusing.
Nor was it raining when you got here, come to think of it. Nor did you see any flowers when you stepped outside, daydream or not. Where are you, you wonder?
Lexicon Anathema: "My house is somewhere on the A-Ra-Shi Isles of the Boiling Sea. It's a quiet little corner of the Underworld."
Moonflower: "Whoa‼ We're in the Underworld?!"
You blink at that revelation. Quin Ataraxis was certainly right when he told you that nothing keeps anyone in or out of either half; you didn't even realize you had crossed over.
Lexicon Anathema: "Nh. But don't worry: the door you entered from will send you back to whence you came."
Now aware that it is earlier in the day than you thought, you assure the hermit that you don't mean to overstay your welcome. She shrugs at that.
Lexicon Anathema: "Stay as long as you'd like."

Before we leave, since friendship is magic, consider if there is any way we can help Lexicon with her loneliness. Perhaps we could give the filly some paternal cuddles, or at least a nuzzle. Perhaps we could offer to have her join us on our adventure. (She'd likely refuse, but we may as well offer.) Perhaps we could offer to exchange letters or acquire a way to visit somehow. Perhaps we could simply hang out with her for awhile, not necessarily to seek information.
